panFD 2d4bc1fd05 fix(ui/skillBox): 修复技能选择框布局与文本问题 
调整了技能框预制体的节点位置、尺寸、字体大小，新增了标题文本"选择战斗技能"，修正了资源引用id和布局偏移量，优化界面显示效果
