feat(skill): 新增并重构火球术技能配置

1. 新增bm-1普攻预制体与动画资源 2. 将原6101火球技能重构为6014火球术，简化技能描述 3. 更新所有英雄与怪物的技能引用配置 4. 替换fb-2动画为fb-6动画并调整参数 5. 删除冗余的fb-6动画文件
