feat(英雄属性): 根据职业配置升级成长属性
引入 JobUpConf 配置,为不同职业(战士、远程、法师、辅助、刺客)定义差异化的血量、攻击和防御成长值。在 HeroAttrsComp 中,英雄升级时不再使用固定数值成长,而是根据其职业从配置中获取对应的成长属性,使各职业的成长曲线更具特色。
