feat(skill): 添加新技能资源并修复伤害计算问题

添加新的技能动画、预制体和字体资源，用于支持新技能效果。
修复技能伤害计算未取整的问题，确保伤害值为整数。
更新技能buff提示UI的字体和布局，提升显示效果。
