fix(ui): 调整buff提示框字体大小和动画时长

- 将多个文本组件的_fontSize从20调整为25，与_actualFontSize保持一致
- 将部分标题字体从60调整为35，行高从60调整为40
- 移除buff脚部动画的所有关键帧，将动画时长设为0以禁用动画
