fix(ui): 调整角色控制器和技能槽的布局位置与缩放

- 将技能槽的Y坐标统一上移20像素,改善视觉间距
- 调整角色控制器节点的位置、缩放和锚点,优化界面适配
- 禁用部分UI组件并更新布局约束,修复显示错位问题
