refactor(卡牌类型): 移除卡牌类型映射中的Buff/Debuff分类
简化CardType枚举,移除Potion类型并调整Special类型值。 更新卡牌使用组件中的类型映射逻辑,不再为Buff/Debuff返回特定字符串。
