panw bc0643caa9 feat(config): 为英雄配置添加描述信息并扩展技能列表
- 在英雄配置文件中添加注释说明英雄规则和技能升级机制
- 为所有英雄配置添加中文描述信息,明确英雄定位和特色技能
- 将技能6202、6212、6222的名称从"冰锥"改为"冰刺"以保持命名一致性
- 新增大量支持类技能配置(6411-6456),包含单体/群体攻击/生命/全能buff技能,支持2-6级不同效果
