panw 81a1d83d89 fix(技能): 调整蓝波和冰刺技能配置及死亡特效位置
- 移除蓝波技能(6201)和冰刺技能(6207)的冰冻率(frz从20改为0)
- 调整死亡技能特效(death.prefab)的垂直位置(y从20改为30)和缩放比例(从0.7改为0.65)
