walkpan 51d0459f5b feat(技能配置): 扩展并修正单体与全体增益技能配置
- 修正原有技能6401-6403的描述,从"全体"改为"自身",并更新数值
- 新增单体增益技能等级2-6(6411-6453),包含攻击、生命和全能类型
- 新增全体增益技能等级1-6(6601-6653),包含攻击、生命和全能类型
- 所有新增技能均配置对应的buff ID和详细效果说明
