feat(gui): 调整天赋项预制体的布局和样式

- 调整整体高度为80，优化视觉层次
- 重新定位标签和进度条位置，改善对齐
- 将等级标签替换为进度条组件，增强信息展示
- 更新按钮文本为“升级”并添加描边效果
- 优化组件引用和嵌套预制体结构
