refactor(uiPrefab): 调整任务和英雄顶部UI的布局与组件配置

统一修改mission.prefab和top.prefab的节点激活状态、位置、尺寸，替换旧的精灵/文本组件为正确配置，清理冗余节点和组件，优化UI显示效果
