feat(ui): 调整卡片与列表UI布局并添加高等级光效动画

- 为卡片组件添加高等级光效显示逻辑与动画资源
- 调整card.prefab中多个UI元素的尺寸、边距与位置
- 重构melist.prefab中排名列表的节点结构与样式
- 更新list.prefab中数字标签的字体大小与位置
- 修改部分图片资源与新增动画元数据文件
