fix(ui prefab): 调整引导UI位置、文案与样式

1. 修正guide1、guide3、guide4的控件垂直位置
2. 更新guide3的引导提示文案
3. 调整sbox的多处控件颜色为深灰色
4. 移除部分prefab的冗余targetOverrides字段
