chore: 清理无用的技能特效资源并调整部分配置

本次提交清理了多个废弃的buff、攻击特效的prefab和动画资源，包括down、dun_jin、dun_red、fire_wall等系列资源；同时调整了card预制体激活状态、部分技能预制体的精灵帧引用和尺寸模式，修复了fire_yuns动画的时长并新增了相关节点配置。
