feat(skill): 新增max1技能预制件并优化现有攻击技能参数

1. 为atk系列技能预制件新增forceStartX、forceStartY、summon_count、height_offset属性
2. 统一调整多个fb攻击预制件的缩放、尺寸、填充模式参数
3. 修正fb-1技能的召唤数量为1
4. 新增max1大招技能预制件及对应的meta配置文件
5. 修复fb-2动画剪辑的名称和关键帧浮点精度
