fix(ui): 调整英雄和卡片UI组件的激活状态及尺寸

- 修改英雄prefab中多个组件的_active状态
- 调整英雄和卡片UI的位置、尺寸和颜色值
- 更新卡片prefab的尺寸模式和精灵图集引用
