feat(gui): 更新UI资源与布局，优化加载和胜利界面

Browse Source 
- 替换多个精灵图集帧，调整胜利界面背景和元素尺寸
- 重新配置胜利界面按钮布局、位置和间距
- 更新加载界面背景图、进度条位置和尺寸
- 调整角色控制器界面的精灵引用和显示状态
- 修改卡片元素的精灵帧引用和尺寸模式
