fix(gui): 调整通知和角色控制器的UI布局与样式

- 更新通知弹窗的宽度、位置和背景图，使其更美观
- 调整角色控制器按钮的位置、尺寸和边距，优化操作体验
- 修复角色控制器中一个组件的激活状态
