fix(gui): 修复天赋界面UI布局与边框配置

1. 调整ui3.plist.meta里的元素边框尺寸 2. 重构talents.prefab的节点结构，新增tab1/tab2/tab3分页与bar容器 3. 为分页按钮添加文本标签与精灵渲染组件 4. 配置布局组件实现水平分页排列
