重构(新手引导): 优化新手引导预制体并清理冗余配置

本次更新了guide1、guide2、guide3、guide4四个引导UI预制体，调整了其布局尺寸与对齐组件，同时清理了MSkillBox和role_controller中冗余的旧引导相关配置，提升代码可维护性。
