feat: 新增随机旋转动画及相关资源配置

Browse Source 
1. 新增rand动画剪辑资源，实现0.8秒内360度循环旋转缩放动画
2. 更新skill4.plist.meta的边框配置，修正图片裁切偏移
3. 优化shadow.prefab节点结构，添加带动画的阴影子节点
4. 更新map_rpg.prefab的精灵图集引用，替换原有精灵资源
