feat(ui): 添加天赋系统界面及主页入口

- 在 MissionHomeComp 中添加打开天赋界面的方法 openTalents
- 更新 ranks.prefab 界面布局，为天赋按钮预留位置
- 新增 talents.prefab 天赋系统完整界面，包含等级、经验、天赋点显示
- 天赋界面支持天赋项展示、重置功能及关闭操作
