refactor(skill&hero): 清理冗余技能配置并调整英雄参数

1.  移除了SkillSet中多个未使用的技能配置项
2.  调整了部分英雄的职业类型与默认技能
3.  修改了英雄节点的显示状态与位置偏移
4.  更新了技能预制件的参数配置
