fix(ui): 调整列表元素布局并修正颜色与组件类型

- 交换 rank 和 icon 节点的位置与组件类型
- 调整多个节点的位置、大小和颜色值
- 修正数字对齐方式并减少最大显示位数
- 统一两个预制体的结构修改
