feat(gui): 新增通用UI预制体与资源文件，清理旧配置文件

本次提交新增了一套通用GUI组件预制体，包括弹窗、列表、按钮等基础UI组件，同时添加了配套的图片资源与元数据文件。删除了旧的英雄配置相关的元数据文件，完成资源与配置的整理优化。
