fix(gui): 修复多个UI预制体的精灵帧和布局配置

变更包括：
1. 更新talents、heros、sbox预制体的精灵帧资源关联，替换为图集资源
2. 调整部分UI元素的位置、缩放和尺寸参数
3. 修复sbox预制体的默认激活状态
