refactor: 整理多页面UI预制体并调整布局

1. 关闭排行榜、天赋页面默认激活状态
2. 调整英雄页面布局偏移与容器尺寸
3. 清理天赋页面冗余的预制体实例配置
4. 新增英雄、天赋、排行榜页面的节点引用
