feat(怪物系统): 完善红蓝兽人法师配置与动画，清理废弃英雄资源

删除废弃的o12345英雄资源及其元数据文件，修正怪物配置表的错误条目，为m7、m8怪物补全动画关键帧与时长配置，更新对应预制体添加动画组件。
