fix: 修复战斗相关UI显示与技能配置问题
1. 调整RPG地图预制件与UI元素的激活状态,修复战斗面板显示异常 2. 移除技能卡片多余的t_times配置项,简化技能触发逻辑 3. 优化战斗结束后战斗框的显隐控制
