fix(ui): 调整任务卡英雄信息面板的间距和对齐

调整英雄信息面板项间距从130px到135px，并同步更新相关预制体的尺寸和布局参数，以解决显示对齐问题。同时更新ui3.plist中多个精灵的边框设置，优化渲染效果。
