feat(skill/atk): 调整普攻技能的视觉表现与资源配置

更新atk_c1至atk_c5预制体的缩放、位置、颜色与尺寸参数
关闭部分技能的灰度显示效果，替换精灵帧与动画资源
删除旧版atkc3动画文件，更新相关meta配置的uuid
